The Twin Huts Board

The Board has constituted itself into three (3) working committees; namely:

  1. The Investments Committee
  2. The Marketing and Publicity Committee
  3. The Administration and Legal Committee

As usual ALL directors will be elected at the AGM's in accordance with the Memorandum & Articles of Association of Twin Huts. Currently the company employees one person in the capacity of the Executive Officer. The Company will continue to put in place necessary corporate structures in tandem with a company of its size and character The Board Members are : -
