REGISTERED OFFICE Twin Huts Ltd registered office is at Starehe Boys' Centre, care of the OSS office. OBJECTS The key objects of Twin Huts Ltd are:-

• To conduct the business of an investment company by pooling and managing the shareholders capital for growth through investment.
• To encourage old Starehe boys to venture into corporate sector investment
• To avail networking opportunities amongst its members
• Promote the economic wellbeing of its members
• To actualize the Starehe motto "Aim High"

CAPITAL STRUCTURE The initial target is to raise a capital base of KSh. 100,000,000 (one hundred million) by placing 1,000 shares at a share price of KSh. 100,000 (one hundred thousands) per share. A registration fee of KSh 2,000 is payable for each share to meet registration costs. The share price will be valued periodically after 30th June, 2006 to continuously reflect true market value. Therefore, after 30th June, shares many be purchased at revised varying costs which will be notified to potential purchasers.
